actually pacquiaos demand is also breaking nsac rules as well. the maximum amount that can be fined from the fighters purse only is 10 percent and pac is demanding far more than 10%. but you know how it is with these racist *******s. my guy is the same nationality/race as me so its ok but floyds black so f@ck him. whatever though.
