well arum has said he doesn't want to use USADA because he believes it's not neutral. he says he'd rather use an olympic organization. i already quoted from the USADA website specifically stating that USADA doesn't usually test in the olympics, but instead WADA (which is led by the international olympic committee = olympic organization) and the local organizing committee (/= usada) does testing for olympic events. so if arum does not want the people at USADA to do it then he gets people at WADA.

That is all I have to say about it now because this argument is going on way too long.

The US stands for United States. Pacquiao lives and trains in the Philippines, except for a month before his fights. So for 10 months or so out of a year, he's not in the US.

The South East Asia Regional Anti-Doping Organization (RADO) handles the IOC's random drug testing where Pac spends over 80% of his time.

how is it the exact same organization if USADA states in their website that they don't generally do testing in the olympics, but that WADA does it? USADA is an organization that was formed in the u.s. and that is responsible (through signed agreement with WADA) for implementing the world anti-doping code (which was created by WADA and the IOC). if arum doesn't want the people at USADA to do the testing then he can get the people at WADA (an organization which is led specifically by the IOC) to do them like they do in the olympics.

The world is a pretty big place, doofus. WADA doesn't go door. That's why they sectioned off organizations to different countries. So working with USADA is working with WADA. Get it?

WTF is that??!!! This is a potential 400-500 million dollars fight.... So hiring an outside agency that is also under the International Olympic Commitee to oversee the testing would never be a hindrance to them... And as if they will do testing on thousands of athletes just like what they do on a ragular Olympic competition, they will just be doing it on two big-headed boxers, this is easy money for them, be it WADA or somebody else...

i hope its not a sticking point for a potential fight, but if it is, the only person to blame is arum and pacs camp. unless someone finds me evidence on usada being corrupt and untrustworthy, i dont wanna hear crap about them not being neutral. i mean wtf? are they gonna frame pac???
