What was he expecting to get done against a tall guy with a jab by backing up all night? He's not fast enough to counter punch off slipping a jab. And he's not used to trying to fight like a crafty boxer. He picked a hell of a fight to change his style for. And when it wasn't working he never said screw it and went all out. Haye rubbished his big chance.

Wald got exposed...nothing more. If you win a lopsided fight nowaday, you just got exposed. Don't believe me ask Richardson.

He fights too safety first. It's up to his opponent to make him open up. Until that happens we'll see the same ****. Haye did have good head movement. He also rarely landed a punch.

When asked abou the pinky toe "...he was jumping around before the fight 3 feet into the air like nothing was wrong..."

Also called Booth Gayevid's "buddy", he said "...he is not a trainer, he is Haye's buddy..."

Said that had Gayevid even fought a little like he said he would, Wlad would have knocked him out. Not only that, he wasn't impressed with Gayevid's ability to take a punch because Wlad never hit him cleanly with a fully extended shot.
Do you have a link to the show?

            I'd like to hear it.

            Was it Steve Bunce's show?

                  Done know, Manny.

Haye shouldn't be over-praised just for being elusive, as a few apologists on this forum have done. The quality of a guy's defence is really only proven when he combines it with some real attempt at offense. All Haye did was backpedal, move his head and lunge once in a while with very little success.

                  David Haye and his 'thrilling'

                  run-run-lunge

                  heavyweight Championship style.

If Wlad had done that his head would be wide open and BAM Haye would knock him out. Both had the best strategy and IMO it was verry interesting. Besides that Haye was dangerous all the time and hit Wladimir cleaner than anypne i could think off besides Sanders. But of course he needed to hit him much more often.
