If this was the best HW division has to offer, its truly embarrassing for the sport.
    Pretty much...

Those of you defending Haye or this fight, I feel sorry for you because you missed out on what great HW title fights really are.

I understand Haye is a slick HW but when you get your shot, when you understand you are down on the cards and it's all or nothing in the last 3 rounds and you do nothing......you don't deserve respect.

He should have gone all out and said *** it, let me try and KO this robot in front of me. Instead he danced around, didn't want to get in distance and b1tched about his toe.

This fight was a disgrace to boxing and especially what HW boxing used to be. I am a little more understanding of Klitchko because he had the perfect game plan but Haye has no excuse. He's the challenger, his job is to go out and TAKE the title.

Anybody who has actually fought for any amount of time will tell you these things are basic fundamentals. Both Haye and Wlad were just to timid to apply them. If not, ONE of them would have backed up their tough talk.

The fight went pretty much exactly like I expected if Wlad fought within himself because Haye is not the sort of fighter that was going to force him out of his style. Completely against his make up, even if he had the proper talents it wouldn't have mattered the same thing would have occurred.

One does have to properly use those tools, and it is surprising how often those advantages get wasted.
