The writer seems to have bought into haye's hype some
he's a 15 round sized HW with zero work rate
he fights like he's 275 lbs.
all he moves are his feet (and his head shoots back after he eats a jab)
bonafide knockout artist? no.
bonafide punchers chance.
he didn't turn the heat up in the least
he's no knockout artist.
he doesn't punch the body, he doesn't cut the ring off
he doesn't even set anything up
he moves away for almost all of the fight and takes a few chances to step forward and throw one or two punches and then backs away again
that's not a knockout artist.
david hay's a pretty face and a bit mouth and that;s about it
wladimir didn't impress me a boatload.
why on earth wouldn't you throw more punches against a guy with haye's style?

every great HW has had a good engine
at least fair to middling footwork (what gave wlad problems against haye)
and at the very least a good chin
