If we are talking about what Floyd earns then he get's nothing from neither if ya want tbh..But Cintron is the harder fight, based on the fact Cintron is the better fighter out of the two(Ortiz and Cintron)..So if he gains nothing from neither then why not fight the harder fight??Cintron is clearly the better boxer out the two..

This is not a bad fight, but i did choose at the rigth time, simply because, there are fights out there that would seem to be more fan-friendly and more competitive. Such as, Martinez at 154 or a catch of 152, Floyds done it before... Maybe he coulda been Pwills comeback fight, stepped into fight Cotto, even Bradley Khan would be more fan friendly... but there no question Ortiz is coming to fight and i can picture him going all out un-like gayvid gaye...

Wow dude! Cintron isn't even respected among hard core boxing fans. Yes Cintron has power but that's it. How do you think people who spent their money will feel after Cintron quits due to cramps after Floyd figures him out. At least Ortiz is the WBC WW champion coming off an impressive win in a fight most people expected him to lose, including your truly.

I picked Ortiz to win against Berto,I also understand this fight..But I'm not buying that Ortiz is the best opponent in boxing..Cintron not respected by hardcore boxing fans??Really??I respect Cintron cause no matter if he meant to jump out the ring or not(we really don't know)the dude can box and is not an easy fight for anybody..If ya ask me which one I felt was the harder fight I would say Cintron and or Cotto...Both bring a better skill set to the table tbh..

It's the best fight possible right now other than Pac.

Based on what exactly? The fact that he's a whiner who jumps out the ring and doesn't continue? The fact that he does this little ***gy ass dance on the ropes when he somehow loses twice in the same fight against Sergio but comes up with a draw? The fact that he thinks Marg cheated against him when in all fairness Marg probably changed his mind on that decision when he saw what kind of punk he was going to face.

So ummm no. Cintron is in no way shape or form a better choice than Ortiz. Hell, if Floyd had picked him he REALLY would have gotten criticized way worse than what he is now.

Based on the fact of how he was doing in both the Pwilly and Marga's fights..He was stopped Marga's but Cintron was in those fights and who knows if Marga's did cheat??That question will always be there..And the Pwilly fight he went out of the ring face first on to a hard floor you don't know what he may have hurt or been feeling at the moment..Does not change the fact he has tools that would give May problems more then Ortiz, his height and reach and power..He also uses movement...

Cintron does not deserve to fight Floyd. He does not deserve to fight Pac. And both of them would beat him easily. Ortiz's aggressive southpaw style will give Floyd some problems at least for a little while. Cintron's orthodox 1-2 to the face style will give Floyd's shoulder roll no problems whatsoever. None.

Well you have to give Mayweather credit for taking this fight after a long layoff .Ortiz is not the best guy out their but hey it's a good match up but I really think it's a tune up fight for Mayweather for the showdown with Pac. But Ortiz is hot right now are people going to buy the fight on sept 17 does a boxing freak invite all his buddies and pitch in for the fight and put the water cooler in the living room and fill it up with beers your damn right.
