Lol fighters take one loss and people just write them off so easily so many people already hated berto now even more. Lol personally I dont like the guy he was pretty ****y, but he did make an entertaining fight with Ortiz and its not like he was running. Id like to see that one again, or any of his fights for that matter because he does have a fan friendly style. I think Ortiz would beat him again and after watching the first fight I know Pac would run through him as well. There are other fighters in the Welter division as well who knows maybe Alexander-Berto in early 2012 all bias aside how bad of a fight could that be. Berto doesnt deserve all the HBO attention though that is something that needs to change, because there are other fighters out there worth exposure as well.Comment

american boxers don't want to fight in someone's own backyard. because they lose the benefit of biased judges. you saw in february that zavecks team couldn't bring anyone meaningful to slovenia. they had berto and malignaggi on the radar. only the electroengineer delgado risked his way to nobodyland.
i can tell you for sure if berto-zavec happened in slovenia it would fill a football stadium. i'm also sure zavec will have strong support in usa too. we will fly there directly from mars.Comment

Dejan has been wearing the World Champion’s belt for 18 months already by now. A bit dissapointed because we could not get your heroes to fight our champion here. I'm looking very positive into upcomming match vs Andre Berto. It will be a tough match for sure. Berto is few classes better opponent than Zavec was facing last few fights. I must agree with someone who already said that Zavec must win this fight over KO. Not just win, he must crush Berto just for the reason of comming to US grounds and no doubts that Dejan will squeeze every last atom of strenght to succeed.
I really want to see Berto falling on the floor on 1080P HBO stream, so I put my bets on Zavec.

yea yea old story. the same was said before the hlatswayo fight.then zavec destroyed him. and berto is a similar type of a boxer.
zavec does well against offensive,come forward guys because he has a nasty punch and good stamina.he has noked out several guys in the 12th round. almost got jackiewicz there too,after he remodeled his face.
berto is just a hype job created by careful promotion. he has been exposed vs. ortiz and will be exposed again vs. zavec.Comment
