    poochiao's 8 oz gloves?

However, athletes weighing in over 135 but not more than 147 pounds may wear 8 ounce gloves in competition if both athletes agree to do so in writing.

    poochiao's $10 million dollar penalty?

    NSAC RULES
    1. An unarmed combatant who fails to make the weight agreed upon in his bout agreement forfeits:

    (a) Twenty-five percent of his purse if no lesser amount is set by the Commission’s representative; or

A lesser amount set by the Executive Director and approved by the Commission, unless the weight difference is 1 pound or less.

    2. A forfeit must be divided equally between the other unarmed combatant and the Commission.
floyd agreed to both of these demands + a laundry list more from team ******* ON CONTRACT during the FIRST NEGOTIATIONS.

they can't even accept just one of floyd's demand. 2 years of excuses and tards cheerleading those excuses. you tell me who's ducking the fight?

sit the fuck back down, my dear.

what will be your next argument? floyd can't make demands? fuck me you lot are a waste of time. i'd be surprised if you even come back to this thread.

It would be nice if maynever had a clue but the guy just talks out of his ass. maynevers logic is ******, so does that mean he fought Hopkins Trinidad Mosley Vernon Forrest and winky wrights leftovers, Come on may-never use some logic. Everybody saw that hoya was weight drained when he fought pac but that did not matter hoya was over hyped garbage and ****** after 99. Hatton was a punching bag and pacquaio just disposed of him in the ultimate fashion with one of the best one punch ko's of the decade. And Mosley was 38 when he fought coward-weather and 39 when he fought pac he was the same fighter for both fights. And people did not praise PAC for that victory they said that was his worst performance since turning ww because Mosley was scared, and they also say that the Mosley victory was maynevers best performance at welterweight. So what does that tell you, it’s sad that it took maynever 7 fights in at ww and fighting an older Mosley to have his best performance at ww.

Pac fought DLH when DLH came in at 145lbs. Floyd beat DLH when DLH was allowed to come in at ANY WEIGHT HE WANTED TO. There is no comparison. But as your avatar suggest, you're a clown.

Hatton was game? LMAO. WTF is that supposed to mean? Anyone getting in the ring is game. Anyone who throws a punch is game. But did you see how Hatton couldn't finish Malignaggi until the 11th? And even then its was McGirt who threw in the towel and created a rift between him and Paulie. Paulie was still game. Hatton was done after Floyd and admitted as much in interviews and videos.

Its sad that *******s have to ignore the fact that Manny Pacquiao needs "handicap treatment". Manny can't beat top WWs so he needs catchweights, and he needs to target them ONLY ONCE they lost to other WWs. Manny couldn't beat champions to make his case for being a multi-division champion, so Manny fought for 5 vacant belts. Manny wouldn't dare face a real jrMW, so he had Arum grease palms so that banned cheater Margarito could compete for a vacant jrMW title that neither man was in line for.

Yes, you absolutely picked the right avatar.

Well if you are in an area where people are doing things that seem su****ious, the cops can randomly stop you, question you, demand that you produce identification and ask you to disclose your destination. If you refuse any of these demands they can detain you.

See this is it. Mayweather in a nutshell.

He has to tell people how great he is. All the time.

A little more humility and he would have a lot more fans.

When did Mayweather fight Barrera, Morales, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey? Pac has fought some of the guys Mayweather picked to fight (De La Hoya, Hatton, Mosley), he also fought many of the guys Mayweather avoided. He fights everyone, period. That's why he gets more praise than Mayweather. It's that simple.

Completely biased post. Pac fought Hatton at his best weight, where he was undefeated and coming off his second most impressive win, where not only did he completely dominate the #1 contender, he completey outboxed him against all expectations. When Pac fought De La Hoya he went up two divisions having had only one fight as a lightweight, whereas De La Hoya only had to lose 3 lbs from his previous fight. Only a hater would degrade those circumstances to prop Mayweather up.

And the handicap thing, shows what a joker you are. Pac's fought one welter at a catchweight of 145, when he went up to fight Cotto from the Hatton fight where he weighed 138. Cotto weighed 146 in most of his fights there, so he only had to lose one lb, Pac had to put on 7 to make the limit. In any case many of the greats of the past have fought at catchweights, and none had gone up 10 divisions as Pac has done, and I doubt any were as small or outweighed in those fights by as much as Pac was during his fights.

When it's all said and done what Pac's been doing at 140-147 will be seen as gravy on an already ATG career at the lower weights (5-1-1 3KO record vs MAB, EM, JMM, and 3 lineal titles from 106-130). He went on from that to fight and win titles in 5 divisions in a span of only 7 fights and dominate all his opponents. That will never be repeated and, win or lose vs Mayweather, he will get his just due from that remarkable feat no-one thought him capable of when there was first talk of him going up to fight those guys while still at super feather. Infact he supposed to get destroyed and massacred. How quickly people forget

Floyd Just Trying To Save Face!

Floyd wouldn't fight Cotto, Margarito, Clottey in their prime or even today. He opted to fight Marquez as opposed to Pacquiao. Floyd certainly made a statement to fight Ortiz as opposed to Maidana who destroyed Ortiz in 6 rounds. So it's all Floyd has to save face for not fighting Manny.

Fighting someone's left overs, isn't that what you do when your chasing a fight with a guy who's reluctant to fight you, to put MORE pressure on him to fight you, by doing it more decisively ?

Usually. But in this case its done because people who don't like floyd will give other fighters credit for doing something different than floyd did. Floyd gets penalized for not knockinh a guy out.
