probably because floyd forgot that he cheated marquez on the scales and came in at 146 instead of 144.

A Pacroid is a su****ious character that refuses to submit to random testing. We all know that an innocent person would NEVER refuse any kind of testing because they would have nothing to hide but a Pacroid or Pacroidian will make every excuse in the world or do anything to duck and dodge testing.
