Floyd made those comments after the negotiations looked hopeless to everyone.

He realized they were playing games, and were delaying making a simple decision, so he decided to take a break from the all the nonsense.

Think about it: Team Pacquiao ( cause Manny can't speak for himself) would NOT flat out say "NO, we won't take that ****** test 'cause we've never failed one in the past", but instead ran around in a circle saying: "We'll only take the test if Manny knows when testing will start and stop." to "We're suing you for claiming we take steroids."


All of that nonsense to finally -- after two years -- come out and say
"Yeah, we agreed to everything he asked." Yet it's not in writing and they still want to sue Floyd in court.

You're preaching to the choir here...I think Pac is juiced to the gills...Victor Conte has said boxing is one of the most PED rancid sports on the planet...Pacquiao has a naive global fanbase he can hide behind, most continental areas have not had the exposure to things like BALCO as the United States and Western Europe have...Mayweather could even be doing things like blood doping with the assumption he could get away with it! Exactly. Pacquiao won't call his bluff to see if he is actually doping or not.
