*******s feel like the Philippines as a whole is "movin' on up" because Manny Pacquiao is famous. It doesn't matter if he wins, how he wins or even if he smokes A-side meth in between rounds. All that matters is that Filipinos see someone that looks like them on television that isn't doing something embarrassing.
