I agree with what posters like Prince and other people wrote on here...this is the timeline for the second negotiations...all it does is make Floyd look like a tard who says garbage like "i'm not thinking about boxing" and "I'm take time to spend with my family"...everyone knows first negotiation made Pac and Company look like some cowards juicing a fighter...this "2nd timeline" just makes Floyd look like a flippant asshat...there really isn't much bad here on Pac...Comment

That depends on your definition of what constitutes negotiation. If your idea of a negotiation is Bob Arum sending Ross Greenburg a note saying "This is what we want for a Mayweather fight. Pass it on to Mayweather's people." Then HBO is not lying.
However, no other boxing promoter, manager or fighter who has ever been connected to the sport in any way would consider that a negotiation.
Also, consider this. If that was a negotiation, why didn't Arum conduct a third round of negotiations after Pacquaio allegedly agreed to blood testing with no cutoff dates as the Pac worshippers claim. All he had to do was send Greenburg a notarized statement signed by Pacquaio and himself saying that Pacquaio had agreed to Floyd's demand of OST with no cutoff dates. It would be easy for me to say to you, 'loan me $10,000 and I will pay you back with interest in six months.' Putting it in writing is totally different and would commit me to doing what I said I would do. That letter has never seen the light of day because Pac has never agreed to OST with no cut off dates, in spite of what the idiots who post on this site claim.Comment

Wrong again. It provides all of the excuses Team Pacman drummed up to avoid fighting and making Floyd look good.
Since then, two fighters will have stepped up to the plate and taken the test and many others agree better drug testing is necessary.
It's only Pac fans who don't agree Manny should take the test even though Manny supposedly "agreed".Comment

Every point on that timeline is sourced to places like philboxing, ESPN, etc... Nobody except Filipinos actually think Pac is justified in refusing more stringent testing...yeah it does show that Pac camp hasn't ever agreed to the testing, but if you really look at the things it says...I see Floyd saying how he is, "on vacation"..."taking time with his family"...it looks like a bunch of garbage from both camps...I'm heavily considered to be a ***** here, but this timeline doesn't make Manny look very bad in my opinion...everyone knows Arum is a lying piece of ****...Roach trains dozens of other fighters and he knows one of them will someday make him as much (likely more with inflation) as Pacquiao...it really does look like Floyd pretending to not care about a fight.Comment

Floyd made those comments after the negotiations looked hopeless to everyone.
He realized they were playing games, and were delaying making a simple decision, so he decided to take a break from the all the nonsense.
Think about it: Team Pacquiao ( cause Manny can't speak for himself) would NOT flat out say "NO, we won't take that ****** test 'cause we've never failed one in the past", but instead ran around in a circle saying: "We'll only take the test if Manny knows when testing will start and stop." to "We're suing you for claiming we take steroids."
All of that nonsense to finally -- after two years -- come out and say
"Yeah, we agreed to everything he asked." Yet it's not in writing and they still want to sue Floyd in court.Comment
