Who is the best British fighter?

It's between Froch and Khan right now.

Amir Khan has the better skillset although Froch's overall ability is underated.

The resumes is what seperates them though, Froch right now has the better resume quite clearly. Khan's resume should pick up in the next couple of years though.

So for me, Froch is the best British fighter in boxing right now.

For me, this is an easy one. Carl Froch.

Exciting, underrated boxer and is always in exciting fights. Takes on all-comers and manages to get a win the vast majority of the time. Only one loss with Jermaine Taylor, Mikkel Kessler, Jean Pascal, Arthur Abraham, Glen Johnson and Andre Dirrell on his resume.

Not the easiest task. Nathan Cleverly mght be something decent. Same goes with John Murray. Remains to be seen. Khan is coming up and is getting into his division in a big way. With a win over Judah, I'd consider him right up there with Froch.

You guys are rather harsh on Haye. How would Khan or Froch fair in a 30lb disadvantage? Probably not very well. At crusierweight Haye is a better fighter and more dominant fighter than Khan or Froch are in their respective divisions. I've seen Froch and Khan struggle at their natural weights, haven't seen Haye do that.

Then you haven't seen much of Haye. He was going life and death with Giacobbe Fragomeni not too long before he got his shot at Mormeck's titles. Before that, he was either knocked down or stopped by lesser comp than that which Froch has "struggled" with.
