If Haye dropped back down to Cruiser I'd say him. I think Haye is clearly better than USS Cunningham or any of the other guys. Add to the fact that he's still a top 10 heavyweight shows he's still very good. Khan is good but he isn't head and shoulders better than Bradley or some other guys in his division(not that cruiser is anywhere close to as talented as 140 but still). Gotta still go with David.
