I think Haye genuinely believed he was going to win and is genuinely upset at the moment.
Sure, his 10 million pound pay cheque is easing that pain.

i think he does feel a bit down that's for sure. he did everything right out of the ring (excellent contractual conditions, trash talk),but in the ring he melted. boxing is his job, and we all know how bad we feel if we fail to meet the expectations at our workplace.
money does help ,but i'm sure he's earned a lot before too.Comment

I'd bet money he doesn't give a ****. a win with a broken toe would have been the beginning of his legend. the fact that he didn't go for broke should tell us he was solely concerned with his well being.Comment
