"If you think the heavyweight division is boring because the Klitschko's are too big, too strong and just too crafty, you are right, they are".

-Jim Lampley (He said it best)

The Klitschko's are the reason the division as a whole doesn't offer great fights.

It's because nobody can challenge them and nobody on the horizon will either.

*Note* I do want to see a Deontay Wilder - Klitschko fight before they retire.

Deontay won't be ready in the next couple years, if he ever is. The dude has some of the crudest boxing skills, and his handlers are only comfortable putting him in there with complete bums. He's only fought one F+ level guy, and he was 39 years old.

He has a loonnnggg way to go, and I've got to say the way his team is moving him is pretty suspect.

wlad look like hes gonna be around for awhile. There are no up-coming
heavyweights that give me hope for the future.I like seth mitchell,But hes
          very raw and untested.

When the Klitschkos retire it actually will be good for the HW division. Now we have a division full of bums. All we need is a decent American HW with a good look, a good story, power, and some decent skills and we have a star in the making. Hopefully it'll motivate other American heavyweights and say "I can beat this bum" and they'll come into the sport.

Lets face it, the Klitschkos are too big and too good. Who would wanna fight as a HW and have to face those 2?

it won't really be good for the division because the skills and talent will not be there, it'll just make the crappy fighters have a chance at having a belt. but yes, i guess it will make for exciting fights

It's so much better having 2 talented, albeit boring, fighters than having a division devoid of any skills.

I watch boxing for the skill factor, if I wanted to see bums knocking each other out ill just go to the city on the weekend.

No it won't. There's nobody else there that's really good. Talented fighters, sure, but no one to step up and truly dominate the division like the Klitschkos have.
