As a WELTERWEIGHT ATG? Not even in the top 100.

As an overall ATG: Just outside top 10. If he beats Mayweather, I'd put him top 3.

why would a mayweather win put him fromtop 10 to top three?

Its hard to start going about how you are going to judge someone who hasnt campaigned at the weight for his whole career.

Lets say Cotto and Clottey are top 20 ATG WWs, and have fought 100s of fights at WW. Pac comes along and beats them like he did do. You have to rate Pac above them as an ATG WW. Even though Cotto and Clottey won way more WW fights than Pac.
