He didn't show anything we didn't already know. And Adamek would not beat Wlad, he's not really a heavyweight.
Bold Statement: Haye Actually Exposed Wlad

and david didn't fight his same style?I have to disagree, Haye in fact was the one who had to adapt to Wlad's rythm and fight pace. He gave Wlad problems to KO him because he entered survival mode, he realized that it was going to be really hard to beat Wlad and decided to run.
About Wlad, how was he exposed? He was the same Wlad we have seen in the past fights, he clearly won the fight, I thought Haye won 3 or at most 4 rounds, and yeah he was unable to KO Haye because the guy was afraid to engage, he was extremely defensive, and as he wasn't throwing punches and was runnig it was hard for Wlad to land some power punches on him. Also credit to Haye's chin, he did took a couple of hard right hands that could have KOd him, but he took them pretty well.
no one was exposed, but if anything my eyes were open to wlad's footwork and defense(head pulling) which is very difficult to overcomeComment

Good post. Adamek is so over-rated it's funny.Nah man. Not at all. I don't see it.
Adamek has terrible footwork. Haye's foot and handspeed is what got him inside to land those few good shots he did land in the fight. Adamek wouldn't have had the lateral movement to handle Wladimir's nonstop attack.
Adamek would have to completely stop moving and trade with Wlad if he wanted to land anything at all. Wlad, now allowed to plant his feet, would knock Adamek senseless.
The only thing Haye exposed was Wladimir's ability to fight out of his comfort zone and still win easily.
Adameks got a much better shot with Vitali, due to his age. He's slowed down a lot and Sosnowski, who's not all that good, was able to land a good amount of shots on him. Let's see what Adamek brings to the table.Comment

Total nonsense
If anything Haye proved just how fantastic Wlad is defensively. All that speed and Haye couldn't do anything to him!Comment

Firstly, writing anonymously on the internet is never bold. Secondly, tentatively telling someone to 'bet their house' is contradictory.Haye lost, stunk it up, and should retire from embarrassment. Don't get that twisted. Still, I think he shattered the myth that the 'small' heavyweight is obsolete. Haye gave tons of trouble to Wlad's rhythm with limited foot work. Small, mobile, IN SHAPE heavyweights are still what we need to focus on.
I'd take Adamek to outpoint Wlad - but that doesn't mean Wlad can't knock him out somewhere before it's over. I'm inclined to say 'bet the house' on Adamek over Vitali but only tentatively since Vitali isn't his brother no matter how much they get grouped together. There are certain things they do different that must be accounted for but I'd also take into account that Haye moved laterally a little bit and got under Wlad's shots most of the night. Adamek is a lot better at doing what Haye did even if he lacks the athletic qualities.Comment

People forget that Arreola severely hurt his hand too; moved around and got beat up in the last quarter of the fight, and Adamek still only got a majority-decision (114-114, 117-111, 115-113) over him. The scoring wasn't the best of course (Arreola was "supposed" to win) but Adamek damn sure didn't come close to Vitali's dominating performance either.
Adamek has been doing the right thing in fighting and beating big men (Mcbride is 6'6, Grant, 6'7) in preparing to fight a Klitschko, but I just don't see him being able to do anything effective.Comment
