The following is a statement that Haye made prior to this fight:

"They always say that you're as good as your last fight and since this is my last fight I'd better be damn good because this is how I'm going to be remembered."

Your right David.... Well, this statement and your post fight interview after the Macarenelli fight (when you announced your move to Heavyweight). I still have that ego filled interview stuck in my head, and how you said that the state of the Heavyweight division was horrendous and the Klitchkos were a disgrace. I reckon you got beat by a disgrace David. Now, what does that make you??

Dude only threw 200 and some punches throughout the entire 12 rounds (including jabs) and landed only 70 total. Wow, he really showed everyone up at Heavyweight didn't he?? Even that "disgrace" Wladimir Klitchko threw over 3 TIMES as many punches as you did.

Side note: Perhaps now David will be remembered as that "Poor fellow who was forced to fight for a 12 round Heavyweight unification bout, with a broken toe". Poor, poor David. Well, atleast he probably hopes everyone will forget his lack of backing up all his big talk with that line. Hell, he could even walk around with a picture of his broken toe in his wallet for proof.

no way haye can win a match against wlad even they will fight ten times...

as i said earlier, haye is good-for-nothing compared to wlad...

but i like haye, he learned the art of finding excuses after a loss...

        haye is ridiculous...

Haye was the same one talking **** about the quality of Klitschkos' opponents, but even he couldn't come into the ring 100% healthy lol. Pinkie toe? give me a ****in break.

However i'd still like to see haye vs vitali either to see haye get his revenge or to see vitali punish the prick badley i think haye ows his fans something and getting destroyed off vitali would be ideal for me.

My head always knew wladimir would win but being english i wanted haye to win obviously but i will never except his lame excuses no matter how valid they are after the fight he should of pulled out and for that he deserved to get ko'd.

But definitley not out classed thats for sure would like to see haye vs vitali.
It would make for a better fight imho. But the reality would be a severe beating & middle round sleeping pill for Haye.....Vitali has never struck me as someone who holds back at all.

he's a bit of a disgrace to people who actually thought he could put up a fight, even win. i was one of those people who thought he'd make a klitschko fight interesting.

A couple of rounds is two more than Chagaev or Chambers managed, and two more than Adamek would manage.
