I give ZERO Credit to Mayweather if he beats Ortiz

he won't get credit for beating him, that's a given. Ortiz has one win at welter, and before that was very disappointing at 140, not even in the top ten. watching back his greatest HBO package, he even looked like a better fighter at 140. don't get me wrong, he was still wild, just seemed to time his punches better, especially the straight left down the middle. against berto he was a straight brawler winging punches with no jab and won basically by mauling berto non-stop and taking his heart.

that's because pac and marquez are almost the same size, and have a history, putting on two great fights. yes pac is smaller than mayweather, probably by a dozen lbs now ring weight.

and ortiz is younger, bigger, stronger, but you forgot the most important thing, must less skilled. he is tailor made for floyd, he's gonna tear him up with right hand counters, ortiz is wild and open, don't forget that.

Ortiiz does nothing to Floyds career.. It doesn't excel him high on any list nor does it prove anything.. Ortiz isn't even a threat at WW and ill bet my house today Shane Oldsely beats Ortiz...

With this being said Pac fighting Marquez at this stage isn't that great of a fight now as it would of been back then either.. The greed of these promotors/fighters is whats killing the sport and loosing fans..

Floyd needs to put up or shut up and MAN UP.. and Pac needs to stop being Arums Puppet and make his own decisions..
