It may or may not do bigger numbers but i can only tell u there was a genuine feel of electricity when Floyd and Hatton were building it up, this country was really buzzing and everyone was talking about it. All the non boxing fans came crawling out of the wood work too! Haye is popular and most think he is a cool guy but Ricky was the nations darling, a real star here and we all wanted him to do it!

Klitchko is the man to beat but he is no Mayweather and has far less charisma and entertainment value so that helped make Hatton vs PBF bigger too imo

Bigger than Hatton - Pac. Not as big as Hatton - Floyd. Not close to Lewis - Tyson (Tyson was a superstar and no non-fans in the UK had heard of the Klits until Haye signed the fight).

I think this'll do very well in the PPV buys, partly due to the time at which it'll be broadcast.
