Floyd's power really confuses me...

I think we can all agree that he's a decent puncher. Not a big one, but a decent one. His power is respectable, especially because of his accuracy.

But what I dont get is how he's able to land so many clean shots on his opponents and their faces look exactly the same at the end of the fight...I mean I've seen feather fisted fighters do more damages to a fighter's face than he does. Why is that?

Floyd punches only hard enough to frustrate his opponents. Compare this to Manny, while Manny is not as close as accurate as Floyd, it's as if he punches THROUGH his opponents. Add to this that Floyd has hand problems.

He doesnt punch THROUGH his opponents. He rarely commits everything in a punch so hes not out of position to the point where he can get blasted.

he lands mostly on the chin and temple. you don't see as much bruise on them parts of the head.He also just throws about 30 punches around. just shows you how accurate he is. pac messes guys faces up because he punches everywhere on the face and throws alot more. mayweather was moving oscar with his punches at 154

Floyd does not wear puncher glovers but pillows that protect his hand, Mayweather can easily had a few more TKO's on his record but doesn't want to let his hands go, he could've stopped Judah anytime if he fully comitted.

Yeah, his accuracy is unreal.. hattons eye was swollen afterwards, but he was rushing in and getting caught all night with straight rights and check hooks. if he commits yeah he can easily tko/ko most people i saw him fight. hes just super patient, always thinking about strategy, positioning, range and things like that, people view this as bad but i think its good because hes not taking punishment or getting cracked upside his head in a war 1000 times. plus his hands are bad, always have been.
