Philippines is a third world country. It has the lowest average IQ of all the Southeast Asian nations. Hence I can draw the conclusion that most Filipinos are minimally educated.

Pacquiao is worshiped like a false idol in his homeland due to the fact that Philippines has not that the historical significance in boxing as countries like Britain, Ireland, The United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico. The majority of his fanbase only follows Pacquiao because he is a pinoy.
