Congratulations, a meaningless statistic. India has an avg IQ of 82, yet, they produce more engineers doctors and one of the most for scientists, not bad for a "dumb" and "uneducated" country.

Here's some interesting statistics. Fillipino immigrants are only 2nd to Koreans in terms of education level here in America. They also have one of the highest average income levels in America. Thing about the Phillipines, it's of a 2nd-world status and many (if not most) of the most talented/capable have left the country to seek more opportunity.
