"Without merit" = "stop wasting my time"

Floyd needs ta go on and do his deposition so he can focus on vic. This case isn't going away and playing chicken with a judge isn't a game u can win. Again, floyd has no one to blame in this instance but himself. If u don't wanna be sued for slander, don't slander anyone. If he s innocent he should be jumping at the chance to move this case along and get it over and done with

True. I'll give you that. The article was posted in December and technically we really don't know when the interview took place. Manny 's been flip flopping so much that we don't know what he wants to do or not.

No, I don't think that because the law catches up to you sooner or later BUT how long do you think Manny can avoid taking the tests now that Floyd is back and telling EVERYONE that is all Manny has to do to make the fight that EVERYONE is waiting for happen?

I dont really know whats the big deal. The judge ordered the deposition but Floyd didnt show up. So obviously there is goin' to be repurcussion. I dont even understand the "no show" in the first place, its just a deposition anyway. Either case he would have given him the platform to justify his position.

There are 2 ways to go about Floyd's defense:

            1) He can deny that he accuse Pac of taking steroids, and that he was misquoted in the media and doesnt really believe that Pac is on anything. It's a good defense but it does put in question his demand for OSDT. It makes it look like he was dodging the fight and using OSDT as an excuse.

            2) He believes that Pac being on steroids is a fact. Making his accusation justifiable. You cant defame someone if you are telling the truth. But he has to show more proof than just heresay. Now maybe he deos or maybe he doesnt have evidence. In either case he has to prove that in court.

Either way he will have his time in court. But he doesnt even want to do that.

And pac was on the video saying that he accept the test but floyd doesn't want to test himself.

Pac already said that he accepted the test all floyd needs to do is to negotiate with pac after the ortiz fight, And yes the law will catch floyd sooner or later.

Ärum is already talking about Mike Jones for Pac. Plus after Floyd fights Ortiz. Pac still has JMM to deal with. After both are done and both win, then it should be no reason at all why they can't make this fight happen if Pac truly agrees to the testing. The funny thing is that. Roach wanted Mosley to take a stricter test because of his past and when Mosley said he would if Pac did, then Roach back slided and moon walked off the request. No matter what Pac said. I'm still skeptical about his williness to take the tests.

So does that mean you will now stop repeating the "take the test" mantra and accept that Pac has agreed to Floyd's demand?

team poochiao are a bunch of underhanded crooks when it comes to negotiations. *******s, like the kool-aid drinkers they are, hang on to what these flip floppers say on video but never bother to read the timeline or take into account how these frauds work. they've been giving us the run-around for the past couple of years. the ball has always been in poochiao's court to deliver, they never did.
