You can put as many parameters on it as you want. "Champions". "Undefeated". "Hungry". "Confident". Yeah Devon was real confident after getting schooled in his hometown...lol

Recent form and credentials have nothing to do with who fights who these days. Its all based on who is a name and who can be marketed to maximise revenue. Morales was given a shot at Humberto Soto's WBC 135lbs Title last year, and Morales turned it down, just like barrera did, cause they fear Soto's power.

Its funny, that Soto won that WBC vacant title after beating David Diaz, cause the then WBC 135 lbs champion-Edwin Valero was too scared to defend it against Soto, so bothe Soto and Diaz fought for Valero's abandoned title.
