Does David Haye take the UK fans for ******?

David Haye's match with Audley Harrison wasn't a real fight - he planned to wait until the third round to KO old Audley, who is age 39 and never was any good as a pro even when he was younger.

But Haye made a LOT of money from the Haye-Harrison PPV and from betting on himself to win by round 3 KO.

Does Haye laugh to himself all the way to the bank about how ****** his fans are? Do you think Haye snickers about how the UK boxing fans who support him are morons, as he flies around in his private jet?

Does Haye think of them the same way as con men like Bernie Madoff think about all the people they scam?

they are pretty ******. But you will have to understand how UK media works, these fans are brainwashed with a very biased version that puts UK fighters in the good light.

Haye was the unified cruiserweight champ and is looking to become the unified heavyweight champion.

You can hate him all you want, but he's achieved plenty and he has huge support in the UK, rightfully so.

No everyone has the freedom (no pun intended lol) to make their own decisions. If anything it was Audley's confidence which mis-lead the public and made the fight seem like it would be close Haye said all along what would happen, and I knew all along what would happen and can understand the rationale behind Haye taking the fight.

It was a good business decision, and fair play to Haye for making as much money as he can out of the game. It was probably the first fight he has taken in his career thus far which really didn't serve much of a purpose apart from getting paid, you also have to take into consideration that Haye didn't pick Harrison out of a pot, he was European champ and a big name in England (whether that is justified or not is another argument) he would have probably got a shot against one of the Klits had Haye not fought him first.

Haye took a big risk going to France to fight Mormeck for very little money and brought home the titles. He took another big risk going to Germany to fight Valuev again with not a hugely favourable contract and luckily it did better than expected on ppv. The money he made from Harrison he can retire on, and now he is fighting the Champ of the world so whats your beef?

                What's with the generalisations?

Many British boxing fans ARE NOT rooting for Haye to win (myself included) and knew the Audley fight was BS. If some idiots bought the Harrison PPV then that's their fault for not being able to see it was a complete mismatch

I do think Haye sees UK fan support as a money-making machine, but let's be honest here, boxing is a business

Don't forget all the Klitschko fans who will pack a stadium to watch Wladimir (i like him - but let's be real here) box old out-of-shape american heavyweights who were never any good even in their primes?

I realize there are some hardcore UK fans that see through this bull****, and that get a wider distribution channel when it comes to staying current in this fight game.

You guys need to be more vocal though. Because you are seen on these boards way too seldom.
