No he is not, read the story, the question lost was Pacquiao specific, not in general terms.

i think floyd would gladly fight pac if he weren't under arum... he doesn't want a middleman to make millions off his name.

Floyd would make so much sense, and be so on point, IF he just had some real evidence. There is no circumstantial evidence like there was in the Barry Bonds fiasco.

It is not fair to question a mans integrity with no proof. all because you have a "hunch", doesn't mean it's so.

doesn't make any sense at all...

i just don't get it that after 40 fights he wants additional testing just now...

that's it folks, the excuse for 2012 negotiations are in... floyd-khan on may 2012...

the difference with ward is that he is doing extensive research regarding the costs and systems of olympic style testing.. while floyd, well, he don't have that capacity to think systematically... he's just b!tchin' around... just keepin' it real...

it would be foolish to analogize the pacquiao "steroid scandal" (laughs) with Barry Bonds, whereupon preponderance of the evidence points to some kind of illegal PED use. There is simply NOTHING aside from your "personal hunch" to show that Manny has ever used steroids! lol a youtube video made by some angry, pissed off kid who is venting personal anger and frustrations is not "evidence".

that already happened in his last two fights against marquez and mosley. He had to sign a co-promotional agreement with golden boy promotions. It's also about to happen for his Ortiz fight. After the Ortiz fight, Mayweather will be relieved of his three fight obligation. If he can act right with his money this time, he SHOULD be able to promote the pacquiao fight where he really would be "his own man". So far, Floyd has only been "his own man" for two fights - Oscar and Hatton, and no telling how much Haymon and Ellerbe were taking.

I agree. But Floyd shouldn't be a hypocrite and act like nobody makes money off him, and that he keeps "100% of his paycheck". He tries to make Manny out to be some kind of idiot who has no idea and control of what he does.

Manny knows what the deal is, but he knows it's hard and risky to try to just start promoting yourself when all the potential opponents are controlled by promotors. He plays the game just like Floyd. Manny would rather pay somebody to deal with all the paper work, and bull-**** anyway. He could go solo once his contract expires if he wanted too.
