Will Arum keep his promise?

No way in hell is Bob Arum going to keep his word.

He should be telling Pacquiao, "If you're sure you can beat Floyd, face him, take the test". If that is what it takes to make this fight, push for it.

Arum is pretty much happy with making the money with his own fighters fighting each other. He's got a sweet deal right now. I don't see him putting Pacquiao in with a risk like Floyd just yet.

seems unlikely though that bob does not care about getting a fat paycheck on a pac pbf bout.....
