    Ortiz is in a win win situation.

    If he loses,guess what,he was supposed to anyway.But if he wins,well,now that is something major.I'm just glad that the standard has been set by B-Hop.Fighting young,prime fighters was a strange thing,but now Floyd is on board,it's gonna get done!!Can't wait to see these young guys get their shot.

      Watching the video he did with Emes it kind of felt like he either doesn't really give a damn about his fans, or he despises the press, or he really doesn't seem up for the fight.Maybe I'm totally misperceiving his character in that video I dunno. Either way, this is his opportunity to shine.

        Are we just going to pretend the Roy Jones fight didn't happen?

        I applaud Hopkins for fighting Pascal but let's not act like he does it every fight and has been for years. He hasn't.

          It's a win-win as long as he can stay somewhat competitive

                  If he loses, he loses his WBC title, he loses the biggest fight of his career, he gets another loss on his record.

                  Really don't see where it's a win win situation other than the pay check and more fame.

                  Truth is, this will not be a huge upset if Ortiz won, it would be the biggest upset in recent years.

                  This won't be an upset on a scale of Tyson-Douglas, more like an upset on the scale of Jones-Tarver II. A favored aging fighter who has already shown signs of decline in recent fights, losing to the hungrier fighter/underdog.

                  Skies the limit if Ortiz wins, he'll get to fight Manny Pacquiao after.

                  Sky is not the limit if he loses. But Pacquiao might still fight him even off a loss cause that's how he rolls.

                  But, I don't see it as a win-win situation for Ortiz.

                    Really bro,take the top 3 fighters in Boxing;
                    Pacman
                    Floyd
                    Martinez.
                    Martinez was the only 1 who beat a young,prime fighter in years.(The Punisher).

                    B-Hop did,now Floyd is following,boxing needs this bro.
