Anytime a fighter flat out refuses to fight a fighter that is a duck. Mayweather stated that he didn't want to fight those guys because (insert excuse here).

Manny has never came out with an excuse to flat out duck a fighter in weight class.

Your right, Walking away from 135 after beating David Diaz instead of saying and taking on (then undefeated) Juan Diaz, Lineal Champ Casamayor, A 3rd fight with Marquez or avenging his brother's bloody bloody loss to Humberto Soto couldn't be in some way construed as any of these things.

instead of fighting those guys he fought DELA HOYA, who before the fight happening ALMOST NO ONE GAVE PAC A CHANCE TO WIN, then followed that UP WITH HATTON THEN COTTO ....

PAC wont be as BIG as he is today if he did not fight dela hoya not to mention victories versus oscar, ricky and miguel in total are better victory verusus casa, juan diaz & sotto, look at Juan Manuel Marquez, he beat two of the 3, he is great for achieving that but far from being BIG as PAC or PBF...
