Even if JT has a couple of spectacularly successful tune-up fights, I seriously doubt we ever see him fight Martinez. At least not while DiBella is still Martinez' promoter.

DiBella had a very close, personal relationship with Taylor and clearly does not feel that he should be fighting again. Lou also believes that Martinez is a monster puncher, so I see very little chance DiBella would ever make that fight out of concern for his former fighter (I think he'd also be a little concerned that Jermain would connect on Sergio before Sergio connected on Jermain...).
