My honest opinion is that BT is really reaching with this email. He shouldn't have answered it or at least just say he rather not talk about it because he doesn't know if it's true or not, looks like he's just speculating.

With that said, what I am confused about is why has Team Pacquiao not sue Tim Smith and Teddy Atlas, I know they did not start this but the Mayweathers and GBP did not start the PED allegations either as eaner already posted who started it and they were still sued, Mayweathers just went along with it. Or why didn't Team Pacquiao attempted to investigate who said this about them? Looks like they just wished this went under the rug and didn't even try to take any legal action against any one, for whatever reason. Maybe it was just such nonsense that they didn't pay any mind to it.

It's useless suing the media. They have a tight defense, they're only the messenger. What Pac's legal team can do is simply to ask the court to subpoena the network to reveal the source of the email to establish that it indeed came from camp mayweather. Once Tim smith reveals it indeed came from the mayweather's, another nail in the coffin for the case...there was indeed malice on their part in releasing a dubios email.
What the maywether can do is show proof it indeed came from Pac's camp which will be impossible for them to establish. The one who made up that username in the email is an idiot. It clearly shows where it came i woudln't be surprised it's one of the *****s here who made it.

In the first negotiation, there were proposals and counter proposals. They could not come to an agreement and it ended in a stalemate. No one signed anything. If Floyd signed something, post it!

No because I don't religiously waste my time looking for evidence to support or defend this argument. A quick Google of the issue, leads me to one video from Mayweather Sr, and a bunch of opinionated articles.
