During the JMM fight Stewart pointed out that Mayweather defense was more effective because of the height difference. manny is shorter than JMM.

Also Floyds Jab will be a problem for manny because his reach is greater.

Manny Pacquiao 5′ 5�″ / 166cm

manny is actually 5'6.5" according to longtime HBO measurements. boxingrec changed it to 5'5.5" after showtime did their one time measurement of him and had it at that.

You do realize that one is a master counter puncher and the other one is an all out attacking punch machine.

naw dumbass, the height fool . his defense is perfect for straight punches, his chin is always behind his shoulder.

Obvously he will try and keep his distance but after Manny figure out his power. He will try to GET CLOSE AND TOUCH fLOYD. fLOYD WILL TRY TO USE HIS jAB AND REACH ADVANTAGE. Manny can be hit with a good Jab but he managed to get past Cottos Jab with quick replies but Mayweather has quicker hands and will either move back to keep the distance or will see what openings Manny will give him when he starts to get desperate. I can see Manny starting to realize that Mayweather is goingto stay patient and it may be a boring exhibition but he will stick with whatever gameplan Roger and him come up with. Can Manny flood him with punches I dont think so because when he stops Mayweather will attack while Manny trying to catch his breath. Manny loves to fight but boxing is a clinical test of speed timing and defense.

Accuracy will be a key for Mayweather because Manny in the past has walked through the Jabs of other fighter to get off his punches. Manny also wants to put on a good show so he will take those crazy chances to get off to please the crowd. Mayweather could care less about the crowd he cares more about the win and looking good while doing it. Will Manny try to play the waiting game as he did with Mosley. This is an interesting fight because of all the intangibles but IF I had to pick a winner. I would go with Mayweather unless he slows down and gets caught by something big and gets scared like the past few fighters have done.
