he is fighting July 23rd against Tarvis Simms so I doubt he is on the card

Gonzalez is no longer with Golden Boy

Vargas and Gomez have been rumored to be on it depending on how easily Gomez can dispose of his July 1st and July 23rd opponents. Vargas is looking for a fight right now

If they put Erik Morales-Michael Katsidis, Canelo, and some prospect like Jesse Vargas or Frankie Gomez on the PPV card then damn. That will be the event of the year, IMO.

Didn't know Gonzalez was gone, and Morales is a better draw anyways.

Guillin/Simms? Is that Travis Simms you talking about? If so outside of Simms age, sounds like a decent scrap.
