I personally don't care about atg or where anyone ranks, and the main reason and this stretches to all sports, all these boxers have fought different generations, different opponents at different points In their own career and their opponents career, and the competition varies, I will always say the competition as the years go by gets tougher and tougher. could babe Ruth hit a cc sabathia fastball or slider, could cy.young strike out pujols more times than pujols gets a hit, could bill Russell or wilt deal with defensive schemes of today, could those same players guard the lebrons, kobes and roses. could the famous steel curtain or bears d stop the running backs of today? could Leonard deal with a defense and accuracy of mayweather? could hearns, hagler deal with the likes of Hopkins defense and.counters or
Jones slick style, fast hands and power. I'm a firm believer that as the years went by the level.of competition not only became more level, it also became.tougher

But Pac was already Fighter of the Decade last decade.

Which puts him in great company. Dempsey, Armstrong, Robinson, Ali, Leonard were all fighter of the decade.
I'm going with yahoos fighter of the decade. Floyd mayweather Jr

I only count 7 titles in 7, maybe 6. too many catch weights

Motherfucker obviously hasn't heard of a little guy named MATTHEW HATTON.

Pacquiao ducked him to fight his weaker, smaller brother with the eating disorder.

See that blue belt Matthew's always carrying? It the Fighter Of The Century world title. He gets to keep it even when he loses, because he's Fighter of The Century.

            Why Floyd?

6 titles in the decade or 5 whatever is still greater than Floyd who received 4.

3 lineal in the decade is greater than Floyd 2.

Pac held a win over a prime Barrera in that decade. Floyd has never beaten anybody as great, as skilled, or as versatile as that version of Barrera.

And, then you go years by years. They're even match. From 2000-2002 Floyd had the better years, 2003 and 2004 Pac had the better years. Floyd had the better 05, Pac had the better 06, Floyd had the better 07, and Pac had the better 08 and 09 to finish the decade.

            That's 5 years a piece.

Then you had what Pac accomplished and resume overall in that decade. Pac was the rightful winner of the decade. Plus Iole was responsible for the Yahoo award. And, he's like another Rafael but in Bizarro World.

Compare today's P4P list to the one 30 years ago. And, then tell me that today level of comp is tougher.

It really has become weaker overall. Maybe because boxing is not as popular as it was before who knows. But, overall has become weaker.

I hate when people compare other sports to boxing. You really can do that.

So many experts and boxing historians have rated Pac in the top 20 for a while now, and more recently top10 ATG. So boxer of the 21st century i cant disagree with.

8 division world champion. More HOFers on his resume than anyone in boxing.

Its pretty clear who its gonna be.

3 L and 2 draws he's been knocked out cold twice

Emmanuel Dapidran NEVER beat a Unified or Undisputed, Champion in his whole career. Think about that for a second.

                    First Loss

                    Second Loss

The Fighter of the Century is 46-0 reigned supreme for 16 years wbc, wbo, wba, ibf,ibo champion and had the ring belt at 2 weight divisions at the same time..........remember that!!

If a legally insane, wild drunk can floor Ray Robinson then dominate him in his prime Pac would put him out cold.

if they are the same size maybe.

                      Robinson brutalizes Welterweight Pacquiao.
