it's not letting manny cheat, it's demanding something above and beyond what's required in the sport without any proof that its needed, you are talking like they're letting manny come in with horseshoes in his mitts. when that happens, it raises suspiscions about your intentions

now, with all that being said, I blame manny more than I blame floyd for this. Manny's pulling the bigger bit ch move with all the secrecy and saying he did accept this or that through his team and not coming out and saying "eff you floyd, I'm tired of this, I"m just gonna take the test and beat your a$$ cuz I think I'm better".

Floyd's team should NOT be shi tting on pac and his skills and at the same time giving appearances that they're scared that pac is juicing. It just doesn't work....floyd's a great businessman but this isn't necessarily good business imo for whatever that's worth

Think you are mistake, Pacquiao was the no.1 welter and Mosely was not p4p no.3 at the time.

When Mosley was ranked the no.1 welter Floyd decide not to take Mosley's offer to fight him and instead went for the lightweight Marquez, claiming the reason why he did not choose Mosley was because he was not a PPV attraction.

Think we all know that was a lie as there is plenty of evidence to the contrary.

Mayweather also decide to comeback when his 3 biggest rivals prior to his retirement were out of the picture. Williams fighting at middle/light middle, Cotto, rebuilding his career after Margarito and Margarito banned and defeated by Mosley.
