i try and support midwest fighters, but man, i'm really hoping for matthysse to come out on top, i think he has a good future making a name for himself in the 140 division.

I was kinda disappointed in his last fight but he is facing a hard puncher in Matthysse so you have to give him credit but I am going for Matthysse to win by knock out.

I think Devon Alexander will bounce back with a very impressive win...once again fans giving up on a YOUNG FIGHTER too soon after 1 Bad Performance just like they did with Vic Ortiz and Adrien Broner

This is what Young fighters are suppose to do, struggle early in their career, learn from those struggles and IMPROVE...Lucas is very dangerous though, if Alexander doesn't change things up and show improvement then he could easily get KO'd

The second part of ya post is what most are going on(well I'am anyway)Devon has the boxing ability to beat Matt's and power to have a great fight with as well..But Devon does not adjust,he leans on his talent way to much imo and that won't win many fights he has to become more skilled and learn how to adjust and not be so predictable..

I pick Matt's for this fight based on what I know of both of umm and watching their fights, but if Devon can change things up he can win this fight..Learn the right spacing to throw his jab,get better foot movement and really commit to his punches Devon will be a problem for anyone in the div..

Even if Devon manages to win this fight (which i dont believe will be easy) lets hope everyone doesnt get back on the 'bandwagon' like everyone did after he defeated the mighty Junior Witter and the great Juan Urango!

I believe Devon will win surprising a lot of haters and fake fans who jumped off the bandwagon early.
