Maybe Pavlik won't accept tune-up money, but Bute has a fight this summer and Kessler just had a fight, so Kelly can't make good money before medio fall anyway. Pavlik should get another fight before a top 5 guy in SMW. He should just view it as a promotion tour for his Bute/Kessler fight and get it done!

Pryor jr. just won against Andrade, a good fight between two americans might be the way to go. Maybe Pavlik should fight Bika, he is not quite as good as Bute and Kessler but he did look good in defeat against Ward, so we all know he is a tough one.

I don't se Abraham fighting Pavlik in near future, he will be slowly rebuild, Saurland makes decent money with Abraham in germany, so he is not risking a big fight untill he has a put a few wins behind him. Hopefully though he won't win a title and just defend it as he did in MW. But i like to stay positive.

Sadly I think Pavlik simply is done. He use to rely on hurting fighters, and at 168 he will be less effective. In his last showing, even Bika has him!

Sounds like a good idea as he looked rusty as hell last time out. I wouldnt necessarily limit it to one fight though. With all KP has been through, he should take as much time and as many fights as he needs to get back in the groove.

It may not happen at all for him, but I wish him well all the same.

If you think about it, whats a night's work worth if its a tune-up that can get people talking about again? sure you make less, but the payoff in promoting yourself is priceless and it only leads to a bigger fight. if Pavlik is unwilling to accept tune-up money then take the Bute fight before some one else steps in because Pavlik needs some big fights.

Call Frank Warren or Sauerland they probably got bums at their roster.
