Chagaev also got hit more, Haye fought a boring fight but clearly won more convincingly. The score cards should have been every round to Haye, Haye didn't get hit and landed hard shots, he didn't throw much but boxing is about hitting and not being hit and Haye did that in every round.

Wlad's fought 55 times but what you fail to mention is that his early fights were against complete bums, in his 27th fight he fought a guy that was 20-29-1. Haye stepped up in comp straight away and didn't pad his record with complete trash like Wlad did.
