        Jennings (confidence builder)
Clottey (fought with one eye and no corner)
Pacquiao (p4p #1, catchweight, fought with no corner)
        Foreman (beat him soundly)
Mayorga (MUCH bigger than him, yet still KO'd him)

he's no beast anymore, but IMO he'd still beat ortiz and berto. ortiz just beat berto but showed tons of vulnerabilities and berto just couldn't exploit

floyd vs cotto would be entertaining and go the distance. good fight, possibly much better than ortiz/floyd.

I've said numerous times that I would love to see Floyd fight Martinez and I think Martinez would beat him.
It is the other way around.
FMJ wanted 10 oz. gloves, 24 ft. ring, both not standards for WW fights. Why 10 oz.? Because it would diminish Pac's punching power. Why 24 ft.? Is that not obvious that FMJ wants another advantage. Why the bigger penalty for going above the REQUIRED weight limit? To prevent FMJ from messing up with the weight like he did to Marquez. Had FMJ gotten away with those conditions, it would have added to his 5 inch reach advantage, his 1 or 2 inch height advantage, and his 10+ lbs. weight advantage.
Oh, two more things, he wanted first billing and last to enter the ring to satisfy his ego and which Pac gave both to him.
And last but not least, he demanded a non-required drug testing[to which Pac has now publicly agreed to]. HONESTLY NOW, what would you call this kind of a boxer? Who is the real prima dona here?

Oscar and Cotto are similar stylistically too. Oscar is much better fighter than Cotto.

10oz gloves are standard for the WW division. So what are you talking about?

Like of Floyd wanting a 24x24 ring....In Nevada is 20x20...So please show a link.

Floyd has never gotten weighed over 147 for a WW fight. NEVER. And, even if he did who the fuck is Pac go beyond the commission and set his own rules and penalties? If Floyd would have done that bitch move again he would have been penalized by the State commission.

And, agreeing publicly is not the same as agreeing in contract.

SRL barely got the KO on Hearns.

Hagler had him done in 3 rounds.

So what exactly does this mean?

Prime Oscar is the much better fighter than any version of Cotto. Prime Cotto is better fighter than that version of Oscar. That version of Oscar is NOT much better than today Cotto. Today Cotto is much better than today Oscar.

Yes, why not? Cotto is not shot or washed up. He's not at his peak but he's not shot or washed up either. And when has Cotto ever lost to a defensive fighter like Mayweather? It's been aggressive power punchers like Margarito & Pac which Floyd is nothing like.

I mean Cheatto ****d him with bricks in his gloves and Pac weight drained him. He should try to get his manhood back in house (top rank) before he tries to make any waves.
Cotto has to do all that to be worthy of fighting FMJ but not Ortiz.
