Fuck, like WTF were these **** heads doing at 20 years old? Working at Burger King? Let him grow, not like like Mayweather, Pacquiao, De La Hoya were fighting world beaters with Valero-like punching power at 20 years old.

Im on the train too, **** it.

Im still not sold on him being an ATG or anything, but he improves a lot from fight to fight, and that is the #1 thing I look for in a propsect. plus, hes not even taking a lot of punishment at all in these fights, which suggests a long career.

The man is a constant improver and is exciting. very few fighters like to put combos together like he already does.

Dude is 20 going on 21....smh. Give him time to develop and grow..he proved that he is molding into a potential powerhouse somewhere in the near future. From Hatton to Rhodes it seemed like Canelo could be 2 different fighters in my eyes. I didnt think nothing of him before but i'm noticing alot of growth and quickly. Plus he didnt have an extensive Amateur career which means he had to roll with the punches. He learned as he fought and moved up his competition gradually. Not only is he promising but he seems to be managing himself quite well. props Canelo.

He's basically having his amateur career right now with 3 minute rounds, 12 round fights, no headgear and in front of 10k plus people everytime.

He's gonna be a hard ass dude by 24. Theres a couple guys he needs to stay away from but by 2013, he'll be murking the angulos of the world and he might be ready for real elite boxers shortly after.

Wolak might he a good fight for him later in the year Or early 2012 and then cotto next yr. I think he has a good chance vs cotto in 2012.

He finishes every exchange, he Is a well schooled fighter. Once his ring iq catches up he's gonna he trouble. I dont know how they are gonna stop him from plodding around though.

All non ginger occupants have to wear red afro clown wigs during all of his fights.

I don't understand why there are so many haters on NSB in regards to Canelo...how many 20 year old's do you see fight on this level? Not many, most are still in the amateurs or just turning pro.

And I see improvement in his game as well, he's picking up little things here and there and as long as he keeps doing that there is no reason to think he wont be an elite fighter, or at the very least, a damn good B+ fighter.
