Manny Pacquiao did not want to sue Floyd Mayweather Jr till after he walked away from the fight during the first negotiations. Wasn't like he filed a lawsuit against them when the accusations were first put out there by Sr, Roger and Golden Boy. Pac tried to negotiate a window for him to be put on point about when he was going to be tested. Pac is full of it. More so Bob Arum.

All this is, is proof that they NEVER had any interest fighting Mayweather, this is NOT how you treat someone that you want to get into the ring so you can "beat the hell out of him".
