Court appearances......
.....are not scheduled by plaintiffs. They are scheduled by the Court System months in advance so that attorneys can prepare their case.
Ignorants who think PACs team scheduled a hearing in coordination to Floyds fight is clueless. The TRutH is Floyd scheduled this last minute fight as an excuse to avoid the Deposition. MFer think he is better than the Court System.

I think that even the judge will laugh at the 7 ridiculous excuses that Team Pacquiao gave to justify why Manny ducked the random blood tests.
By that rationale, the defense against su****ion is further su****ion?
Pacquiao is not the one up for questioning here, it's the mayweathers.
This isn't difficult...one side has concrete proof in passed drug tests.
The other side has accusations of performance enahancing drug use.
If pacquiao has to prove anything it's that his character has been defamed. That's my opinion.
The mayweathers have to either disprove the supposed accusations. If that is not feasible then they would have to contradict the notion that pacquiao's character was defamed.
Why is this so difficult for folks to understand?
There's more weight against the mayweathers than pacquiao. This isn't difficult to see. Seriously, why do you think GOldenboy wanted to make nice nice before it got to this point.
Ego's a bitch and it may bite the mayweathers soon enough, I think.
Personally, I don't care, but please put it in the proper perspective.

is this possible????
Again, Goldenboy played this correct, regardless of what they actually think. A public apology indicating their previous statements were baseless is all it took to get them off the hook. Is anybody's panties in bunches over that? No! in Fact, it seemed to open doors for even more possible matchups between goldenboy and top rank.
If the mayweathers were to give a formal apology, ala goldenboy, sure, they would take some flack for it, but it would open the doors for the matchup both sides seemingly want.
Personally, I think the general thought about the fight would turn into a "put up or shut up" type of scenario!Last edited by 1nonlymre; 06-20-2011, 01:02 AM.

Mayweather scheduled something that makes sense at the time for his fight game, not for his private court dates.
C'mon...now the request for a continuance until after the ortiz fight is deliberate and makes sense. But scheduling the fight to avoid court action? That's just plain silly...what, did we forget he has other court hearing of a much more serious nature (civil vs. criminal) against him coming down the line?
Mayweather is incredibly smart in the ring, and he has intelligent advisors for him out of the ring, but when he decides things on his own outside of the ring???not so good, at least that's what I think.
But this? This ortiz fight was not a ploy to kill two birds with one stone (fight, and avoid court).
If you believe that then Mel Gibson's character from COnspiracy Theory wants to have a chat and hot tea with you.

a no-show is understandable...chicken floyd knew he has nothing to prove pac is on peds...
so, in order to buy himself some time to prepare whatever defenses available, a no-show is his best weapon...
but if chicken floyd ducked pacquiao in the ring, he can't do it in court...

I believe that you are suffering from delirium and ignorance that stem from consuming too much refuse from Mayweather's **** cavity.
