After the facts which are going to be presented in court are revealed under oath to the opposing sides, their counsels will further advise if they have a chance or sgould try to settle out of court, or give it up altogether.
This can save an enormous amount of court time and was originally devised so as to be able to cut down on the huge amounts of litigation which were swamping the courts.

So convinced they are of this, that they are willing to go on 'vacations' rather than make $50-65+ million for one night of easy work. They must have some explosive evidence or something that justifies their actions. Surely, they would be eager to take the stand and speak their piece.

the judge didnt want anything. he simply sided with team pac. he did not want any "court date". a deposition is part of the discovery phase of a trial. it has nothing to do with court dates and it is up to the lawyers to request dates not the judge. the judge just refused to let mayweather postpone. but the date was most certainly set by pacs legal team. now if u cant understand this there there is truly no hope for u.

But this was the golden opportunity for Floyd to show, under oath, why he is so convinced Pacquiao is on PEDs that he would rather go on vacation than make an easy $50-65+ million. Obviously they have some concrete, air tight evidence for that to happen. So why dodge the deposition?
