HBO crew...their worst night ever?

They bitched and moaned about Jones as to say "hey we can be critical too of our partner." I got sick of Lampley. Did he really say "tireder". Thats not even a word.

All these guys could do is ***** and moan the whole time and it nearly ruined my evening. Here we had a good, tactical fight through the first 4-5 rounds and all they could do was whine about the lack of activity. ****heads, I mean Jim was badmouthing the "club fighter" style when Vinny and Minto were on there and then these guys are fighting smart and it's bad too.

Speaking of that, I think it was really insulting how Jim got all elitist with those guys and kept using "club fighter" like it was a dirty word. I don't know, maybe the Leavander death rattled him or something. He kept calling for every fight to be stopped and seemed shocked and disgusted when it wasn't. All they could do was insult and belittle every fight and fighter they had on tonight. I'll admit it wasn't the greatest card in the world but they made it seem a lot worse with their constant whining. I mean ****, get out of the business if you don't care anymore.

Umm I was totally surprised be Kid Diamonds lack of defense. He held his left hand low and got caught by the right hand non-stop. He goes in against any heavy hitter and it will not be a good night for him.

Maddalone and Minto 1 was a great fight, why the hell would they *****??

The HBO guys are not real boxing fans, they get bored with every fight, especially Larry Merchant. I think they are bunch of idiots, but I still enjoy listing to them. I just laugh at them most of the times. They overrate some fights that I don't think it should be called great, also they call some good fights boring.

I agree. Larry Merchants in the wrong business. He hates every fighter and gets bored really easily.
