I remember some years ago I was walking with this kid I knew and all of a sudden he jumped over a fence without telling me. I looked over and saw a thick kneck Pit Bull with a sp!ked collar coming down the steps of his owners house and out the gate because it was open. All I could do was stand there and not move because once they sense fear or you run then it's a wrap. I just yelled "SOMEBODY COME GET YOUR DOG" and then this lil lady came down the stairs to get it. Close call too because the pit was walking towards me slowly. I agree that people are very careless with their dogs. If I had a rachet on me, I would have Ol' Yella'd that dog.
