I would say pacquaio is winning the mind game

although i see no logical reason why pac would avoid the random blood test especially if its a career high pay day and he is clean


but what it indicates to me is doubt on floyds part about pac's ability. he must be telling himself

"their no way pac is that good. beating guys i beat in more impressive fashion and getting in the ring with guys that i would have rather retired than fought"

I am neither. Floyd has come out far worse than Manny. Mayweather is the guy with court cases, not Pacquiao.
