No, that's not the bottom line. That's not the conclusion at all based on what we've seen. Both had demands in negotiation and one didn't want to acquiesce. While the other had no issues. The one who refused has now made it pretty much impossible. If he was as gung ho about fighting Mayweather in the ring as he is trying to see him in court, we'd probably be talking about their third fight by now.

You really think Mayweather wants it don't you?
I disagree.
When two sides speak to each other once, and they have hated each other for at least five years, that's not convincing me.Comment

I don't need convincing, this is not a court case to me lol. I'm just laying out the facts, infer what you will. Again, both sides had stipulations, which is natural in a fight of that stature. One side agreed to the other's stip, the other didn't. Even further, the other side is now doing this. It's not rocket science, jreck.Comment

It's a defamation suit. It's basically saying shut up unless you can prove it.
I've always felt these camps could never get it done.
Arum and Floyd hate each other too much. Not even a truckload of money can bridge that gap.
I think it's all ego.Comment

It's not a legit court case of course. Even if May lost, it wouldn't be that much money and no jail time so I'd agree with that.
But all stips aren't equal.
Let Pac do his drugs, let may have whatever he wanted.
And we got a fight.
May just picked the wrong stip.
LOL.
That said I don't think it would get done, no matter what.Comment

Well it appears that's what Pac wanted. And when he couldn't get that, he picked another fight somewhere far away from the ring. It's not a legit court case of course. Even if May lost, it wouldn't be that much money and no jail time so I'd agree with that.
