No, you shall not continue. Simply because you CAN get a warrant for a ticket, you can't get a warrant for failure to appear in court over a civil matter.

If that's the case atlest 100 million Americans would currently be in jail for Credit Card debt, or old unpaid bills, because all of them attempt to take you to court in order to regain there debt.
